Production Introduction:
CTQ-200 de-ironing separator, a magnetic separator to conduct automatic and continuous de-ironing activity for drypowder material, uses high-performance, permanent-magnet material as its magnetic source and generates a magnetic field through its unique magnetic circuit, thus features high intensity, powerful absorbing force and high de-ironing efficiency. This machine, fearing simple structure, convenient operation, energy-saving, safe and reliable to use, and others, is widely used in material industries such as pharmacy, food and industrial chemicals.
The directly-connected magnetic disc of this machine is rotated by the worm speedreducer. When powder material goes through the rotating magnetic disc, iron tramp is absorbed onto the highly magnetic bars under the function of a powerful magnetic field, thus the screening of powder material is completed. Open the de-ironing window and remove the locknut, and take out the magnetic disc to manually clean off iron tramp.

Introduction：
YCTQ-200 de-ironing separator, a magnetic separator to conduct automatic and continuous de-ironing activity for liquid material, uses high-performance, permanent-magnet material as its magnetic source and generates a magnetic field through its unique magnetic circuit, featuring high intensity, powerful absorbing force and high de-ironing efficiency. This machine features simple structure and convenient to operate, and its products are widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries.
During de-ironing process, liquid material passes the magnetic disc, and iron tramp is absorbed onto the highly magnetic bar, and thus the de-ironing process is completed. Open the upper cover of the de-ironing separator, and take out the magnetic disc to manually clean off iron tramp.
